Charity at VW Whitenoise

Whitenoise officially had a year off in 2019 but 120 friends, staff, supporters, sponsors and extended family still came together to camp, chillout and enjoy live music this summer at a private party at North Walsham Rugby Club (NWRC); one of our first small venues for the Whitenoise Festival. Blind Benny, Get Loaded, Hipology Sounds and Fresh Twang played.

It was a great opportunity to fundraise too. Guests donated food for the Norwich Soup Movement, with a £100 extra donation of goods from Norwich business Morgan Sindall. VW dog Basil posed with the donations!

The Norwich Soup Movement run an on-street soup kitchen and offer support to homeless/hungry/rough sleepers.

It felt right to support a local Norwich initiative offering kindness in the community. We live in Norwich and the Festival is returning to the Norfolk Showground in 2020.
